I browse Facebook throughout most my work day and spend most of my evenings watching TV. I’m also an adult Millennial (age between 18-29). Not very surprising, right? Well, it turns out that my dad could very well be browsing his Facebook (yes, he has one) while at work too.

There’s some surprising results, but one thing is definitely for certain: regardless of your age, media and technology pretty much consumes the majority of most peoples’ daily lives.
