Headset that reads your brainwaves

What will you do if you have a headset that can read your mind and just by thinking  or changing your facial expressions you can move things or virtual objects?

Or maybe you can login on your facebook account or email just by thinking about it.. Hahaha…

Tan Le’s astonishing new computer interface reads its user’s brainwaves, making it possible to control virtual objects, and even physical electronics, with mere thoughts (and a little concentration). She demos the headset, and talks about its far-reaching applications.

whoa. the cube actually moved forward and faded out! This is brilliant. A bit scary at the same time though. A great innovation like this would really make a huge difference in our lives. Think of the possibilities. It's going to make our lives so much easier. This can speed up processes and procedures making us more productive, effective and efficient. However, we must ensure that people dont use it for anything sinister and evil. This cannot fall into the wrong hands.

I don't know that it will be ok for us as people to be connected to technology in such an involved way. I am not sure that I want a machine to read my brainwaves. As a matter of fact if this happened I would never get a day off.
    Thanks,
    Patricia
