Just an update from my previous post about WordCamp Philippines 2010.
First the website of WordCamp PH

Meron po kasi mga nag-antay ng updates dun sa lumang site, i read his comment on the new site.
i have a question though (kinda offtopic). I was actually tracking kasi wordcamp.ph since february pa for updates with regards to this topic nga and nung mga June, July na, and wala pa akong nakikitang updates, I was kind of like “sigure walang wordcamp 2010″. but then yun nga iba na pala ung site without prior notice man lang dun sa old site.
Anyways why did you decide to have a different domain? Is it a different organizing team or what? just curious

The person who has control of the old domain is no longer part of the organizing team and we, the organizers, no longer have access to the old site.
The organizers this year are the same people behind WordCamp Philippines 2008 – 2009.
Second, update sa date and venue.
Date: October 2, 2010
Venue: College of St. Benilde along Taft Avenue, Manila.
Third, is the registration.
Registration Fee: Php 700.00
They are giving a discount for those who will register on or before August 15, 2010. Register na!!!
Two hundred pesos off sa registration fee, Php500 (or US$12 for payments via PayPal).
Remember to print your receipt on paypal, ginawa namin last year ni Sir Jun.
