The celebration of Five Years of Firefox in Manila was held last November 21, 2009 at Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in Makati City.

And then, Renren Gabas talks about Mozilla Campus Reps and quoting about the volunteers “dominated by Letran Calamba“
Followed by Sir Regnard with his presentation which let the participants do some math.
- 5 x5 = 25% = A Net Applications survey put Firefox at 25% of the recorded usage share of web browsers as of November 2009(source)
- 25 x 2=50% are Firefox users in the Philippines
- 25 x3=75% – nakalimutan ko kung ano to

Sherwin Sowy (Globe Labs Head of Future Applications) presented some highlights of Globelabs and introduces Web2Mobile, a Firefox add-on you install on your Firefox web browser. Once installed, it allows you to send text messages and MMS without leaving the browser window.(source)
Before the presentation me and Renren were testing the plugin and we encounter some problems and found out that its because of the proxy.

And the last but not the least, the much awaited raffle.
Sherwin Sowy pick five names from a fish bowl and each one of them wins a Globe Tattoo. Hindi ako nabunot.
